What does a Quick Assessment cost?

The Quick Assessment has a fixed price. Two days, regardless of project size or complexity. On day one, we speak with the relevant stakeholders, analyse the project structure and critical path. On day two, we present the result — a concrete roadmap or the recommendation to stop the project. Both are actionable outcomes. We'll share the exact price during the initial consultation.

What companies does OCENOX work with?

Our focus is on mid-market companies with 100 to 5,000 employees in the DACH region. We also work with international companies in the Asia-Pacific region. The industry matters less than the situation — we work where IT projects have gone off track or a strategic IT realignment is needed.

Is OCENOX tied to any vendor?

No. We maintain no partnerships with software vendors and receive no commissions or kickbacks. When we recommend a platform, provider, or architecture, it is based solely on what fits your company technically, organisationally, and economically.

How does remote collaboration work?

OCENOX is based in Auckland, New Zealand. We use the time difference deliberately: analyses and deliverables are produced overnight, results are on your desk in the morning. Most projects run hybrid — strategic work and reviews remotely, critical workshops and stakeholder meetings on-site in the DACH region.

What sets OCENOX apart from other IT consultancies?

No methodology is an end in itself. We work with OKR, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional project management — depending on what the situation requires. In practice, it's often a combination. What matters is not the framework, but whether it works in your organisation.

Does OCENOX work as a solo consultant?

No. OCENOX works with international teams of specialists, assembled based on the requirements of each engagement. We draw on professionals from Europe, Asia, and Oceania. When a project requires on-site presence in the DACH region, we ensure it — either personally or through experienced specialists from our network.
