Founder of OCENOX. 25+ years keeping IT organisations in control and delivering.
I have been writing software since I was twelve. My first IT company came in 2001, full-time from 2006, and since then more than two decades of agile transformation in large IT organisations. Classical and agile programmes with 100+ developers across automotive, insurance, eCommerce, and logistics. What held my interest was never the technology itself, but the question: how does an organisation stay in control and keep delivering when the playing field keeps shifting?
That is my work today. AI is rewriting how software gets built. Teams feel more productive while quality, architecture, and oversight can quietly slip in the background. I give IT leaders an operating model that keeps them in control through the shift, instead of chasing the next tool.
Since 2024, I live in Auckland, New Zealand. My work happens in the DACH region and APAC. I use the time-zone difference as an advantage: analysis overnight, results in the morning.
That work produced my book Hepta Management System: The Operating System for Your IT Organization. It orders the management frameworks of IT along seven senses and connects them to the delivery reality of coding agents and spec-driven development.
