My focus: getting stuck ERP migrations, cloud programmes, and CRM rollouts moving again in mid-market companies – or stopping them from getting stuck in the first place. Before founding OCENOX, leadership roles in classical and agile programmes with 100+ developers across automotive, insurance, eCommerce, and logistics.

Since 2024, I live in Auckland, New Zealand. My work happens in the DACH region and APAC. I use the time-zone difference as an advantage: analysis overnight, results in the morning.
