Consulting without vendor partnerships, commissions, or kickbacks. Recommendations based purely on fit to the company – no SAP bias, no Microsoft loyalty conflict.
Vendor Lock-in
Structural dependence on one vendor through proprietary formats, high migration costs, or missing exit strategy. Avoidable through architectural caution.
ERP Migration
Replacement of the Enterprise Resource Planning system or major version upgrade. High risk through impact on all core processes. The biggest IT intervention in a company's lifecycle.
Cloud Transformation
Moving on-premise infrastructure and applications into Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud. More than Lift-and-Shift: affects architecture, operations, governance, FinOps.
OKR Rollout
Objectives and Key Results: goal-management framework. 4–12 weeks rollout in a pilot domain, then scaled company-wide.
SAFe Implementation
Scaled Agile Framework: scaling agile work at programme and portfolio level. Agile Release Trains, PI Planning, Lean Portfolio Management.
Bogus Self-employment
German legal risk for IT externals (Scheinselbständigkeit). With NZ company seat (OCENOX LTD) and territorial principle (§3 SGB IV), no concern – own entrepreneurial risk, multiple clients.
