Meet the Founder – René Hoyer
René Hoyer, the visionary behind OCENOX, is a seasoned IT professional with over 23 years of experience in delivering successful software projects.
René spent many years in Germany before moving to Auckland, New Zealand, in 2024, where he continues to lead OCENOX with a global perspective.
René’s career spans leadership roles in both traditional and agile environments. Over the past 14 years, he has helped numerous clients transform into agile enterprises, implementing methodologies such as Kanban, Scrum, SAFe®, and OKRs. His hands-on approach, combined with strategic vision, allows him to bridge the gap between business needs and IT execution effectively.
With extensive expertise in IT service management and project execution, René has successfully guided businesses in setting up, outsourcing, and managing IT projects. His deep understanding of both client and service provider perspectives ensures seamless collaboration and optimal project outcomes.
