This website uses Google Analytics only with your consent.
Our website uses ONOXIA, an AI-powered chat assistant by OCENOX. We also offer AI-supported self-assessments at /de/selbsttest/<name> and /en/self-assessment/<name>, which process voluntarily provided answers into an individual action plan. Both features use language models from Mistral AI (Paris, France) to process your inputs.
ONOXIA only becomes active when you start the chat yourself. No data is sent to the AI service before your first message. By using the chat, you consent to the processing of your inputs.
Note: ONOXIA is an AI assistant. Please do not enter sensitive personal data (e.g., passwords, health data, financial data) into the chat.
Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (Consent by use): Data processing only occurs through active use of the chat. No cookies required.
On our self-assessment pages (e.g. /en/self-assessment/ki-readiness) we offer interactive self-tests. Evaluation is partly AI-supported via Mistral AI.
If you join the book waitlist at the end of the test, you are subscribed immediately — no separate confirmation email is sent, because the only email you will receive is the launch email when the book ships. That email contains an unsubscribe link (opt-out) so you can leave the list at any time. No further emails before launch.
If you subscribe to the newsletter, you receive a separate confirmation email (double opt-in). The newsletter entry only activates after clicking the confirmation link. Both lists are managed separately.
The action plan is delivered independently of these opt-ins — there is no coupling.
Mistral AI processes the data exclusively on servers in France (EU). No transfer to third countries occurs. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent by active use of the self-test and submission of the answers) and Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in lead qualification within the scope of our advisory offering).
Note on free texts: Please do not enter personal data of third parties, business secrets, or confidential information into the optional free-text fields. The answers are sent to Mistral AI for evaluation.
On our meeting booking pages (/de/kontakt/termin and /en/contact-us-en/book-a-meeting), we use the service Calendly (Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA) to enable appointment scheduling. The Calendly widget is embedded directly in the page and loads scripts and content from Calendly's servers when the page is opened.
Data transmitted: IP address, browser information, and any booking data you enter (name, email, preferred time).
Third-country transfer: Calendly is a US-based provider. Data transfer to the USA is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 (2) lit. c GDPR).
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (contract initiation when booking) and Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient scheduling).
Calendly displays its own privacy notices within the embedded interface. The full Calendly privacy policy is available at calendly.com/legal/privacy-notice.
No disclosure without consent. Exceptions:
For Non-EU Visitors: Rights under New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 (Privacy Principles 6-12).
